Returns

We understand that sometimes you may need to return an item purchased from us. Our Returns Policy is here to assist you.

Eligibility


You can return items via courier to our address within 14 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in the original packaging.  A before and after photo will be required for used, opened products, and must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.


Non-returnable items

Gift cards are non-returnable.
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.


Required documentation


A receipt or proof of purchase, before and after photos for used is required to complete your return.


EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged, and incorrect product.  We bear the shipping cost for incorrect, damages or defect products. If you need to exchange an item, email us at info@perilecosmetics.co.za and send your item to address below.

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. We encourage using traceable courier services, as returned parcels remain the purchaser's responsibility until received by Perile Cosmetics.

Gifts

Gift marked items

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. A gift certificate will be mailed to you once the returned item is received.


Non-gift marked items


 If the item was not marked as a gift or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will send a refund to the gift giver, who will be informed of the return.


REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@perilecosmetics.co.za
